LEGAL SERVICE
TRANSLATION
I am a sworn translator of Russian. I offer assistance to Russian-speaking persons who need support in translating documents and conversations. I make both standard translations (1800 characters per page, including spaces and punctuation marks) and certified translations (1125 characters per page, including spaces and punctuation marks).
Certified translations (so-called ‘sworn translations’) are those that require document certification by a sworn translator. Most common examples of such documents are: civil law contracts, share sale agreements, real estate sale agreements, rental agreements, lending for use agreements, lease contracts, company documents, commercial and business documents such as: Tax Identification Number certificate (NIP), Business Entity Identification Number certificate (REGON), transcript from the National Court Register (KRS), VAT-5 form, Central Register and Information Regarding Economic Activity certificate (CEIDG), etc., articles of association, powers of attorney, authorizations, court papers, vital records (copies of birth certificates, marriage certificates, death certificates, baptism certificates), records, licenses, testimonials, authorizations, attestations, diplomas, diploma supplements.

I have been a sworn translator and interpreter of the English language as well as an owner of a translation agency for over 11 years. I have graduated from English Philology at the University of Silesia and have completed postgraduate translation studies organized by the University of Silesia. I am also a member of TEPIS Polish Society of Sworn and Specialized Translators.
I translate official, court and legal documents (e.g. judgements, statements of claim, wills, pleadings, legal opinions, notarial deeds, vital records, official letters and certificates, etc.), commercial and economic documents (e.g. accounting documentation, financial reports, contracts, invoices, articles of association, extracts from commercial registers, etc.), vehicle documents, customs documentation, certificates, employment contracts, operating manuals, medical certificates. I also interpret during investigative interviews or interrogations, court hearings, notarial activities, activities in the vital statistics office, business negotiations, business meetings, conferences, training sessions, etc.

I am a sworn translator of the German language, entered in the list of sworn translators kept by the Minister of Justice, entry No.: TP/10/15. I have extensive experience in translating documents for law, tax, auditing and accounting offices, as well as for construction and production companies.
I also provide both simultaneous and consecutive interpretation services. I offer professional support, both linguistic and in the field of intercultural competences, during business talks (also using means of distance communication or when a business trip is required). Thanks to the use of computer-assisted translation tools, I can guarantee a significant reduction in the translation turnaround time and terminological consistency of written projects.

I provide insurance consultancy for entrepreneurs, partnerships and companies as well as for individual clients. My work consists in the analysis of the Client’s current and future financial situations and identification of any potential financial risks in the event of: serious illness, accident or incapacity for work, or death of the Client or company shareholder.
Apart from developing financial security plans, I also assist my Clients in obtaining all types of financing (mortgage, cash or consolidation loan, investment loans for companies, operational or financial leasing).

We represent KTW Trawka & Widera Law Firm – a law firm providing legal services related to the purchase, rental and lease of real estate (apartments, houses, land properties) by foreigners in Poland. Our legal assistance consists in providing legal advice, obtaining permits to purchase real estate in Poland and rendering assistance in contract finalization (checking contractual provisions, obtaining documents).
If necessary, we will officially confirm the real estate legal status by making entries in the Land and Mortgage Registers, conducting inheritance proceedings and handling inheritance division cases (when they concern real estate). We will solve the problem of real estate division or co-ownership dissolution. We also deal with usucaption cases and complete formalities related to the purchase of real estate by auction. If you request so, we will draw up or verify lease or rental agreements.
